Why I am doing this
The idea came from the classic “The Good Life” decals Nebraskans have proudly displayed on their cars and trucks for years. Every time I saw one, I had the same thought: how can this life be good when we’re being taxed to death?
Property taxes that climb every year. Income tax on every paycheck. Sales tax at every register. Working hard shouldn’t mean paying more and more just to stay in the same place.
So I made The Taxed Life. This is my form of protest — and if you’re fed up too, it can be yours. Every decal on the road is one more Nebraskan saying enough is enough.
